The OZ Collective is simply the next expression of an approach to spiritual leadership marked by relationships, intentionality, humility, and trust built among leaders and churches across the region of Northwest Arkansas. The OZ Collective truly embodies a "name nowhere, fingerprints of Jesus everywhere" attitude when it comes to collaborating for the good of others and the glory of God.

In 2025 the OZ Collective began gathering as a relational network of churches from across the Ozarks committed to seeing healthy leaders and churches multiplied across the region. The primary goal of the OZ Collective is to see the Ozarks saturated with the good news of Jesus Christ as collectively we take ownership for the spiritual lostness of our communities.
